Gold Rush

Gold Rush: Bourbon whiskey, Lemon juice and Honey syrup. Served in an old-fashioned glass. Garnish: lemon twist.

The Spec

• 60 ml Bourbon whiskey
• 22.5 ml Fresh lemon juice
• 22.5 ml Honey syrup

Method

Shake all ingredients hard with ice, then fine strain into an ice-filled rocks glass (ideally over one large cube).

Served in an old-fashioned glass. Garnish: lemon twist.
