Illegal: Espadin Mezcal, Overproof White Rum, Falernum, Maraschino liqueur, Lime juice, Simple syrup and Egg White. Served in a cocktail glass.
The Spec
- 30 ml Espadin Mezcal
- 15 ml Overproof White Rum
- 15 ml Falernum
- 1 bar spoon Maraschino liqueur
- 22.5 ml Fresh lime juice
- 15 ml Simple syrup
- few drops Egg white
Method
Shake vigorously with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass or over rocks in a clay mug.
Served in a cocktail glass.
