Ancient Mariner: Demerara rum, Dark Jamaican rum, Pimento dram / allspice liqueur, Lime juice, White grapefruit juice and Simple syrup.
The Spec
- 30 ml Demerara rum
- 30 ml Dark Jamaican rum
- 7.5 ml Pimento dram / allspice liqueur
- 22.5 ml Lime juice
- 15 ml White grapefruit juice
- 15 ml Simple syrup
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice, then strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.
Served in an old-fashioned glass. Garnish: lime wedge and a sprig of mint.
