Irish Coffee

Irish Coffee: Irish whiskey, Coffee, Sugar and Whipped cream. Served in a mug.

The Spec

• 1 1/2 oz Irish whiskey
• 8 oz Coffee
• 1 tsp Sugar
• 1 tblsp Whipped cream

Method

Heat the coffee, whiskey and sugar; do not boil. Pour into glass and top with cream; serve hot.
