Jasmine

Jasmine: Gin, Lemon juice, Cointreau, Campari and Sugar syrup. Served in a coupe glass. Garnish: lemon twist (zest expressed over the drink).

The Spec

• 45 ml Gin
• 22.5 ml Fresh lemon juice
• 7.5 ml Cointreau / triple sec
• 7.5 ml Campari
• 5 ml Sugar syrup

Method

Shake all ingredients with ice and fine/double strain into a pre-chilled cocktail glass. Express a lemon zest twist over the drink and drop it in as garnish.
