Martinez: London Dry Gin, Sweet red vermouth, Maraschino liqueur and Orange bitters. Served in a cocktail glass. Garnish: lemon zest.

• 45 ml London Dry Gin
• 45 ml Sweet red vermouth
• 1 bar spoon Maraschino liqueur
• 2 dashes Orange bitters

Method

Stir all ingredients with ice, strain into chilled cocktail glass.

Served in a cocktail glass. Garnish: lemon zest.
