Pure Passion: Rum, Passoa, Lime juice, Passion fruit syrup, Peach Bitters and Mint. Served in a whiskey sour glass.

The Spec

• 40 ml Rum
• 20 ml Passoa
• 30 ml Lime Juice
• 15 ml Passion fruit syrup
• Dash Peach Bitters
• Garnish with Mint

Method

Mix up all ingredients with a cocktail stirrer and serve with crushed ice with mint and edible flour if available.

Served in a whiskey sour glass.
