Suffering Bastard: Cognac or Brandy, Gin, Lime juice, Angostura Bitters and Ginger Beer. Served in a collins glass.
The Spec
- 30 ml Cognac or Brandy
- 30 ml Gin
- 15 ml Fresh lime juice
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
- top Ginger beer
Method
Shake all except ginger beer with ice, pour unstrained into a Collins glass, top with ginger beer.
Served in a collins glass. Garnish: mint sprig, optional orange slice.
