Vesuvio: Sweet Vermouth, Lemon, Powdered sugar, Egg White and White rum. Served in an old-fashioned glass.

The Spec

• 1/2 oz Sweet Vermouth
• Juice of 1/2 Lemon
• 1 tsp Powdered sugar
• 1 Egg white
• 1 oz Light rum

Method

Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into an old-fashioned glass over ice cubes, and serve.

Served in an old-fashioned glass.
