Chicago Fizz

Chicago Fizz: Port, Lemon, Powdered sugar, Egg White, Carbonated water and White rum. Served in a highball glass.

The Spec

• 1 oz Port
• Juice of 1/2 Lemon
• 1 tsp Powdered sugar
• 1 Egg white
• Carbonated water
• 1 oz Light rum

Method

Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice and strain into a highball glass over two ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water, stir, and serve.

Served in a highball glass.
