Bull shot
Bull shot: Vodka, Beef bouillon / consommé, Lemon juice, Worcestershire Sauce, Hot pepper sauce, Salt and Black pepper. Served in an old-fashioned glass.
The Spec
- 60 ml Vodka
- 120 ml Beef bouillon / consommé
- 15 ml Lemon juice
- 3 dashes Worcestershire sauce
- 3 dashes Hot pepper sauce
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 grind Black pepper
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into an ice-filled glass.
Served in an old-fashioned glass. Garnish: none required; optional celery-salt rim or a lemon wedge.
