Cloister

Cloister: Gin, Yellow Chartreuse, Grapefruit juice, Lemon juice and Simple syrup. Served in a coupe glass. Garnish: grapefruit twist.

The Spec

• 45 ml Gin
• 15 ml Yellow Chartreuse
• 15 ml Grapefruit juice
• 7.5 ml Lemon juice
• 7.5 ml Simple syrup

Method

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice, shake well, and fine/double strain into a pre-chilled coupe.

Served in a coupe glass. Garnish: grapefruit twist.
