Vieux Mot
Vieux Mot: Gin, elderflower liqueur, Lemon juice and Simple syrup. Served in a coupe glass.
The Spec
- 45 ml Gin
- 15 ml Elderflower liqueur
- 22.5 ml Lemon juice
- 15 ml Simple syrup
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a pre-chilled coupe glass.
Served in a coupe glass. Garnish: none (traditionally ungarnished; an optional lemon twist is sometimes used).
