Fish house punch
Fish house punch: Cognac, Jamaican rum, Crème de pêche / peach liqueur, Cold black tea, Lemon juice and Rich sugar syrup. Served in an old-fashioned glass.
The Spec
- 30 ml Cognac
- 30 ml Aged gold/Jamaican rum
- 22 ml Crème de pêche / peach liqueur
- 60 ml Cold black tea
- 22 ml Lemon juice
- 15 ml Rich sugar syrup
Method
Shake all ingredients with ice, then strain into an ice-filled rocks/old-fashioned glass.
Served in an old-fashioned glass. Garnish: lemon slice or wheel and freshly grated nutmeg.
