Gin Fizz: Gin, Lemon, Powdered sugar and Carbonated water. Served in a highball glass.

• 2 oz Gin
• Juice of 1/2 Lemon
• 1 tsp Powdered sugar
• Carbonated water

Method

Shake all ingredients with ice cubes, except soda water. Pour into glass. Top with soda water.

Served in a highball glass.
