Royal Gin Fizz

Royal Gin Fizz: Gin, Lemon, Powdered sugar, Egg and Carbonated water. Served in a highball glass.

The Spec

• 2 oz Gin
• Juice of 1/2 Lemon
• 1 tsp Powdered sugar
• 1 whole Egg
• Carbonated water

Method

Shake all ingredients (except carbonated water) with ice and strain into a highball glass over two ice cubes. Fill with carbonated water, stir, and serve.

Served in a highball glass.
