Long Island Tea

Long Island Tea: Vodka, Gin, Tequila, Lemon, Coca-Cola and White rum. Served in a highball glass.

The Spec

• 1/2 oz Vodka
• 1/2 oz Gin
• 1/2 oz Tequila
• Juice of 1/2 Lemon
• 1 splash Coca-Cola
• 1/2 oz Light rum

Method

Combine all ingredients (except cola) and pour over ice in a highball glass. Add the splash of cola for color. Decorate with a slice of lemon and serve.

Served in a highball glass.
