- 45 ml Grappa
- 22.5 ml Fresh lemon juice
- 15 ml Honey mix
- 15 ml Chamomile cordial
- few drops Egg white
Method
Shake vigorously with ice, strain into a chilled small tumbler filled with ice.
Served in a small tumbler. Garnish: lemon zest and white grapes.
